Come along and join Women's Aid's Annual Cycle from Dublin to Arkow and help support women and children who are experiencing violence in their own homes.
Why not get a group of your friends or family together to join us - All are Welcome, and there are special rates for teams!
If you're concerned about your fitness, get training now and challenge yourself, or why not think about organising a bike relay team with your friends?
There's an overnight stay in the Arklow Bay Hotel, with a special dinner party on Saturday night, guaranteed ceoil, rince agus craic.

The Facts

• Sponsorship is 450 Euros for an individual, (special team rates for teams of four or more) which includes bed, breakfast and evening meal in the Arklow Bay Hotel
• For an extra €70, your partner or friend can join us at the Arklow Bay Hotel that evening
• Deposit to secure your place is 100 Euros
• The cycle is 44 miles approximately, starting in Dublin and finishing in Arklow.

Women's Aid has been providing support to victims of domestic violence for more than 25 years. Less than half of our work is government funded. In order to continue with our vital work we need your support! So come on get on your bike to raise funds for this worthy cause.
