Towards an Integrated Strategy Towards the Elimination of Violence against Women in Intimate Relationships with Men

Making the Links is the first ever research examining how many women experience violence by a partner/boyfriend/husband in Ireland. It also examined the nature of the violence they were subjected to (physical, mental, sexual), who they told (e.g. friends, doctors, Gardai, social workers) and the response they received from Irish agencies such as the Gardai and social workers.

Making the Links is a research study commissioned and published by Women's Aid.
